Uniqato Mediterraneo Ristorante sits on the seafront in Spinola Bay, St Julian’s - a setting where Maltese tradition meets Italian and wider Mediterranean flavours. Our kitchen highlights fresh fish from local fishermen, seafood from our display and live aquarium, house-made pasta and risotto, lava-grilled meats, and a large vegetarian offering.
We welcome guests every day under the olive trees in our garden, for lunch and dinner - the same warm hospitality our neighbours and visitors have come to expect from one of St Julian’s waterfront favourites.
